Music Video Shoot
Last Saturday, Jay (brother-in-law) had the chance to shoot a music video for Caleb & Sol. It was quite a bit of preparation for the 12-hour day of shooting, but we had a great time and learned a lot. We’re hoping to release the video in the next month. For more check out AO.Creative’s blog.
Ducks + Hoosiers on Selection Sunday
Here’s a quick video from the weekend. The first part is of Cade and Avin demonstrating their love for the Ducks.
And the second part is a hidden camera shot of Cade watching the movie Hoosiers and playing along. My favorite parts are:
1. When he takes a seat during the timeout, as in the movie.
2. Cade times out the final shot, and does his best Jimmy Chitwood impression.
At the end, you’ll even notice that Cade’s a bit upset after his parents celebrate the big shot..he really doesn’t like anyone watching, hence the hidden camera.
** Oh and Susan wanted me to point out the sweet duds he has on. The polo shirt left-over from church and the way-to-tight-for-ya-kid-shorts he’s sporting.
Sunriver with the Scandrett Fam
Here’s a few photos from our weekend with Brad, Summer, Canyon and Sage. Cade and Canyon had tons of fun ‘running the house’, while Avin did her best to keep up. Sage mostly stayed out of the way…but it won’t be long until the girls will be pushing the boys in everything they do.

Long Day…but we made it
We finally arrived at our hotel around 9:45 last night. After a near-12 hour travel day, both kids were asleep upon arrival. A good nights rest last night has us all feeling better.
California Adventure – part 1
We’re headed to California for my cousin’s wedding and for a Disneyland trip. Not the greatest start – our plane was delayed an hour in Eugene which means we’ll miss our connection in Portland. We’ll be getting into LA 3 hours later than planned. The adventure begins!
Christmas Music Video
It’s that time of year again…time us to be dorky and make another holiday music video. This year, Jason and Deena (Ryan’s brother and his wife) are back, as are Cade and Avin – each with a much larger role. So here it is….enjoy.
